1.使用 Zeraoe build 好的 ffmpeg

2.下載&解壓後開啟 console 輸入

> ffplay.exe "rtsp://192.168.1.10/test.264"

// 指定 tcp 傳輸

> ffplay.exe -rtsp_transport tcp -loglevel debug "rtsp://192.168.1.10/test.264"
